ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE:

The services offered at www.miexhim.com (the ‘Site’), which is owned and handled directly by Ayaan Hafiz & Mie Torp Træger, the artists and creators of all artworks on the site, are provided to you under the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service and Use. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH HEREIN.

Please review the following terms carefully - if you do not agree to these terms, you should not obtain goods, products or services from this site. The Terms of Service and Use outlined on this Site may be amended at any time by Ayaan Hafiz & Mie Torp Træger, without any specific notice to you. The latest and most current version of the Terms of Service and Use will be posted on this Site, and you should review it before making any purchase on this Site. You agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

You may not reproduce, modify, display or otherwise make commercial use of any content from the Mie & Him website (www.miexhim.com) unless expressly permitted by Mie & Him or it's owners Ayaan Hafiz & Mie Torp Træger.

Mie & Him reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion. All graphics, images and content on the Mie & Him website or social media platforms are exclusive to Mie & Him only or it's affiliates. The use of any Mie & Him trademarks or service marks without a written consent by Mie & Him or it's owners Ayaan Hafiz & Mie Torp Træger is strictly prohibited. Digital files from the Printable Art section cannot be sold/resold without the permission of Mie & Him.

PAYMENT:

All orders are processed through Stripe, a 100% secure online payment system. Stripe encrypts your payment information using the SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits – the highest level of security for e-commerce.

Mie&Him accepts the following debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JBC, Discover Card and Diners Club. We don’t charge any fees for credit card payments. All prices are stated in Euro and includes 25% VAT.
It's also possible to pay via MobilePay or bank transfer, in this case you can write an email with your order to miexhim@gmail.com

*All communication between our payment systems and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). In other words, only Stripe and PayPal have access to your data. It is not possible for neither us or any other unauthorized entity to see or read your data, which is exchanged in connection with your purchase.

We offer worldwide shipping.

General shipping costs:

Denmark: 5 EURO

Sweden: 6 EURO

Norway: 30 EURO

Europe: 18 EURO

United Kingdom: : 33 EURO

Rest of the world shipping cost: 50 EURO

*if possible, your order will be shipped to the nearest parcel box or pickup point - you will be notified.

Delivery times may vary, but our estimated time of delivery is:

Denmark - 2-4 work days

Europe - 3-5 work days (can be more depending on the destination)

Rest of the world - 1-2 weeks (but can be more/less depending on the destination)

CUSTOMS DUTY AND VAT:

If you order from a country, which is a member of the EU you will pay SPANISH IVA but no customs duty in accordance with the rules of free movement of goods. However, if you order from a country outside the EU local taxes and duties may be added, for which we cannot be held responsible. If this is the case the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs. These additional costs are solely your responsibility and cannot be used as cause of return.

DAMAGED GOODS:

Upon receiving the order, the customer must check the goods. In the unlikely event that something is damaged, the customer must report this with 48 hours of receiving the goods or they will not be eligible for a return/exchange. The customer must also report to the Site via email (miexhim@gmail.com) and remember to attach photos of the damage, the packaging, the inside of the package and the shipping label.

*Remember to save the original packaging of the product in case of returning or exchanging.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

You will be able to make a return or exchange your purchase within 14 days, providing the purchased goods are still eligible. Any ineligible goods returned will be refused, so it's important that you read and understand the following information on returns:

To be eligible for a return or exchange of purchase the items must be -

  • Unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt.

  • In the original packaging

  • Undamaged, in any way - as this reduces the value of the items significantly

If you are eligible, then you may start the return process:

  1. First - send an email to miexhim@gmail.com regarding the return - write your full name, contact information, order number, date of purchase and describe the problem. Also provide pictures of the problem, if any.

  2. Package the item together with the order number and name of order in a legible letter. If would like a refund, write REFUND in the header of the letter. If you would like an exchange, write EXCHANGE in the letter - and state the details of a exchange (e.g "EXCHANGE" - I would like "name of product/item")

  3. You must provide a copy of the invoice with the parcel - the items must be sent as a parcel with a Track & Trace number as this guarantees that the items will arrive at their destination. (It is not an option to return your order as a parcel without a tracking number)

Any returns or exchanges will be at your own risk and expense, and is to be handle by you. If you wish to please contact us at miexhim@gmail.com before returning any items. Any cost of returning items is to be paid by you.

If a returned item is shipped from a country outside the EU, please mark the package RETURNED GOODS, to avoid any custom charges. Mie & Him is not responsible for any custom charges regarding the returned parcels. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Please remember to keep your tracking number as a documentation that the items have been sent. We may retain the refund until we have received the returned items or until they have received documentation that the items have been returned, whatever comes first.

REFUND:

When we have received the items and approved the return, we will transfer the full purchase amount to your account within 10 business days. If you return all items in your order we will refund the original shipping costs, if you however only return part of your order we will only refund the items cost.

GIFT CARD:

The gift card is valid for one (1) year from the date of issue and can be used on www.miexhim.com. The gift card is non-refundable, and cannot be used as payment or reactivated after the expiration date. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced — so take care of it!

COLOURS:

We cannot guarantee that the colours on the website are going to be exactly the same as the colours on the items you receive. This is all depending on the colour settings on your computer and monitor - therefore the colours may vary.

PRIVACY POLICY:

We respect and understand the importance of privacy on the internet. Mie&Him will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or any other personal data and/or information provided to any third party without permission. We use Google Analytics for anonymous statistics to help improve our website. When you place an order at Mie&Him, we will give your name and address to Novictus print lab, which will then print and ship your order. This is necessary in order to be able to get your order to you.

COMPLAINTS:

Any errors or defects in products/goods supplied by Mie&Him must be invoked within one month after you have discovered the error or defect. It is your duty to state and, upon request, describe how the error or defect manifested itself. If you discover any error or defect, contact Mie&Him directly.

Complains about errors or defects must be made within 1 year upon receipt of the goods. For products with limited availability your right to complain is restricted to the period of availability of the product as promised by Mie&Him. You as the customer can choose to have the product replaced, only if it’s during the refund period of 14 days after purchase. This rule does not apply if it’s impossible to replace or would involve excessive costs for Mie&Him.

PRINTING & FRAMING:

Currently, all of our art prints are sold without frames.

SUSTAINABILITY:

All of our art is printed in Copenhagen on environmentally certified paper. The paper we use is sourced from sustainably managed forests in the Nordic countries, ensuring that trees are planted in areas where production takes place, preventing any shortages.

PRINTABLE ART / DIGITAL FILES:

By purchasing any Printable Art from Mie & Him (www.miexhim.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

USAGE AND LICENSING: Upon purchase, you will receive a digital download of the files, which you are free to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes the right to print and display the art in your home, office, or personal space.

RESTRICTIONS:

  • You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the digital files without obtaining the necessary licensing or permissions from us.

  • The digital files may not be used in any way that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of the creator or copyright holder.

OWNERSHIP: All rights, title, and interest in the digital files, including any associated intellectual property rights, remain with the creator or copyright holder. Purchasing the digital files does not grant any transfer of ownership or rights.

REFUND POLICY: Please note that due to the intangible nature of digital files, we do not provide refunds. If you encounter issues with your download or believe the digital files do not meet the described specifications, please contact us directly for assistance.

TERMINATION: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the digital files and your account without notice if you are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: We may modify these terms and conditions at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review them periodically for updates. Your continued use of the digital files after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
